Forge Terms of Service

Overview

By using Cognautic Forge or related Cognautic services, you agree to these terms.

Forge is a tool-driven AI workspace that may read files, run commands, use browsers, and interact with third-party services based on your configuration and approvals.

User Control

You control which tools, providers, integrations, accounts, and execution modes are enabled.

• You choose which commands or actions to approve.
• You choose which providers and credentials to connect.
• You are responsible for reviewing actions performed on your device or accounts.

Execution Modes

Forge includes modes with different levels of execution control.

Safe mode

Safe mode is intended to require more approvals before risky actions are executed.

Yolo mode

If you enable yolo mode or any reduced-confirmation mode, you accept responsibility for the resulting actions. Cognautic is not responsible for outcomes caused by actions you chose to auto-approve.

Lawful Use

You must use Forge lawfully and responsibly.

• Do not use Forge to violate law, contracts, or the rights of others.
• Do not use Forge to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
• Do not use Forge to bypass security controls or abuse third-party services.

Third-Party Services

Forge can connect to third-party services such as model providers, Google Workspace, browsers, and MCP servers.

Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, and uptime. Cognautic does not control those external services.

Liability

Forge is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You remain responsible for backups, account security, system safeguards, and review of actions run through Forge.

Cognautic is not responsible for device damage, data loss, account changes, service interruptions, or other harm resulting from actions you approved, configured, or allowed Forge to execute.
